    QLD GPS Rugby 2014

I do not believe anyone was invited that are finishing this year. only boys that are playing rugby next year. Do not know if every boy is GPS. But do know is boys who see Rugby as a pathway not NRL. The Reds have been watching under 16 and 1st games and I can only assume also talking to coaches...

As there is no under 16's championships this year is the Reds elite program that started today a good indication for the GPS teams for next year? I just heard also that they have the squads playing in two teams as the game before the Qld Country and City game on Sunday. Worth watching to see who...

I was just wondering is any of the Australian School boys from Qld playing in the GPS comp in 2015? Also is the Reds identification squad that is playing before the Qld country and city match going to be a good indication of the best 17/18 year olds for next year?

Thought he was already signed with the Storm when he was at BBC. What happened with that? Good luck to him a very talented player pity he couldn't settle in oz away from his girlfriend for 2 years. But young men and their girlfriends can be a help or not. Plus I believe he missed his mum even...

It was 15 and 14 who went over 3 times each not Verervis. Great to see BBC playing the entire field and working as a team. A great show of Rugby was put on and can I say the 5 for IG who I believe is in the Australian team struggled walking(both knees strapped) and did come off the field early...

Fantastic idea. The GPS system should do this in all sports at the beginning of the next term.Rugby, Basketball, Rowing Football and cricket to name a few. I believe it would be great for chess and debating also for the pride of the states . How hard would this be to organise?

5 from BSH? With Churchie winning 16A's this year! None from TSS? 1 from NC? I do not think so. Lets wait for GPS trials. Who are the boys going to the Reds training next week? I believe this will give you a better idea.

Why was there no under 16's GPS teams done this year? There was an under 16 school boys carnival I see this year in Sydney for NSW why not QLD?

No he is not his cousin. Why are you going on about BBC crowds? Did you see how many BSH boys stayed at their ground when BBC played them at home?Did we hear anyone go on about that in the pouring rain? Did you see how many BGS boys stayed to watch their team in fine weather against BBC? Lets...

8 BBC Director of Boarding is the coach of the 13A's.He has a lot of coaching background in WA. The forwards at BBC should not be discounted either. A great goal kicker also and a slick backline. BBC by 10

    School sporting scholarships/recruitment

All GPS Schools in Brisbane offer Scholarships to boys from WA and NSW and country Qld. These boys participate in the rugby programs but are also expected to be involved in the entire school communities. These offer boys an education that they would not normally have all the schools in Qld do it...

Can not altogether agree with this. From what I hear there has been too many people at BBC thinking they are coaches. What BBC needs is a strong coach who can communicate effectively and who is involved in all aspects all of the time of training. But who wants the job?
