    NSW AAGPS 2020

Unless his son has a different Surname, I dont think its Warringah. A quote from a recent press release from Warringah: Rats new head coach Mike Ruthven said the grand final loss to Sydney Uni, in which they led for all bar nine minutes, still cuts deeply for many at Rat Park.
  2. The Honey Badger

    NSW AAGPS 2020

what are you talking about? Shute Shield 1st Grade?
  3. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2020

Impressive highlights, does lots of stepping and running. I assume he has a kicking game as well. Saw 1 chip and regather looked good.
  4. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2020

I rate Harrison big time. I am certain he will end up a wob. He actually played U20 for 2 years but didn't get too much game time in 2018 because Stewart was drafted in. I havent seen Donaldson play much, clearly got some raps on him. Tell me about Tane
  5. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2020

I dont think Tahs have any real depth at 10. Harrison, Donaldson & Hunt. Possibly playing 10,15 &12 in a starting 15. Maddocks might be a 15 but can he play 10? One and a bit injuries might see Mason back in the mix. I am hoping he gets a chance. When hes good is is special, and I...

  8. The Honey Badger

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

true, I haven't watched any of it or any League.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

I thought Fox were even going to guarantee a game on FTA under the deal they were trying to strike with SRU. They were going to pay for it all. RA got wind of this and basically offered SS a similar deal, all be it so they could sell a whole of Rugby package to a broadcaster. So I imagine...

    Waratahs 2020

With Beal gone, Tahs look very lite on for 10's with experience. Cant see how they can totally exclude him from then squad. An injury would see him on the pine at least. Strange indeed.
  11. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2020

Was it actually published anywhere about Mason leaving the Tahs?
  12. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2020

Swinton? Think his last few outing have been pretty good. He either starts at 6 or is a beast in the last 30
  13. The Honey Badger

    Australian Rugby / RA

    Ireland not interested?
  14. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2020

Thats a bit tough. Ive seen him with matches and a petrol can. I do think the injury in the Barbarians game set him back big time. But no way would I write him off, think he still has plenty to contribute. He along with Swinton and Hooper is not the shabbiest back row.
  15. The Honey Badger

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Could have got Roy Slaven involved at Lithgow
  16. The Honey Badger

    Shute Shield 2020

From Rats FB pst - 19/6

I know they were trying to upgrade the turf. Using some hybrid stuff that has a % of synthetic grass mixed with real grass. Comes in from WA apparently. Same stuff used on the big stadiums. Not sure who pays for it, as I dont think it would be cheap.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

did you listen to the interview with Phil Parsons I posted in the Shute thread? he is saying similar, Super Rugby needs to drop and SS/Club needs to rise and where they meet is the new semi pro comp
  19. The Honey Badger

    Waratahs 2021

he was all class playing Uni in round 1 last year, he definitely has a great game when he is confident
  20. The Honey Badger

    Shute Shield 2020

I haven't heard any talk of a second grand stand. The Eastern side is usually used for ladies day and special event & jumping castles. It would be a bit of a shame to lose that. Its a magic spot to watch rugby and the catering is second to none, & kosciuszko pale on tap. Really doesn't get...
