Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

I did not say you are advocating selecting Skelton as a jumper cyclo. Rather than casting aspersions at others comprehension perhaps you should work on your own. Let me make it a bit simpler for you. I agreed with your statement Player X can't kick is nonsense - it can be taught to an extent I...

Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

Can't agree with you there cyclo Kicking is a technical skill that can be taught - there will be some better than others but practice and dedication make a big difference The big fella is 140kg of pure slow twitch - he might gain a few cm in static jump height with training but he's never going...

Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

I know I started the focus on the locks by commenting on the lineout prowess of Bourkes absurd team selection but there is so little between them it's not going to be the point of difference. As long as Cheiks doesn't repeat the mistake of having Skelton Pocock and Hooper in the same team the...

Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

I'm much more worried about our ability to execute our kicks than I am about our set piece (unless Cheika goes with the Skelton fail again) My suspicion is we'll try for (A) and end up with (B) which will be an epic fail as you point out

Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

It's been fine when skeletons not on the field and we have 3 jumpers. Especially when Simmons has been on the field. It's been pants when we've had Skelton at lock and relied on 2 jumpers.

Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

I would say a little bit of (C) with a lot more of (A). Our lineouts actually pretty good with Simmons/Douglas/Fardy. I presume you're confusing losing a lock early in the game (without a backup on the bench) with a weakness. The problem was injury plus selection tactics (or lack of them) Our...

Bledisloe 1 - Wallabies vs All Blacks, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, 8:05pm

HaHa. Did anyone see Matt Bourkes 15 in the SMH. 4-8: Douglas, Skelton, McMahon (6),Pocock (8),Hooper (7). What an awesome lineout that would be. The blokes a genius.

Nah it was an argument to have genia start with Phipps on the bench. Predicated by the statement "if he trains well" acknowledging that he has had a long injury layoff If he's off the pace then we are short of options as you point out.

Bugger all as they've been on another bloody continent. Doesn't mean they're not a better option that what we've got at home. We looked a damn side more competitive in the RWC than we have this year. Edit: and I saw your smiley face so that's really directed at Lorenzo and not you

Who knows. Maybe Mourad Boudjellal is just a bigger twat than the boss of Exeter. Compromise is not his strength if you believe media reports. Possession is 9/10 of the law after all.

Have we forgotten that Phipps erratic pass gave up two tries in matches that were lost by less. And our inability to exit our half was the biggest single factor in losing the series to the soap Dodgers. Surely we aren't going to rinse and repeat. The ABs will exploit those deficiencies even more...

I agree with you but the same rules should apply across the board. I'd like to see both of them in the squad but I'm not going there again!

Yep - that was my original point THP depth is worse than open side depth It is rough on Gill and smells of something behind the scenes.

^^ From Payto and Panda - GILL’S HIP POCKET TAKES A HIT LIAM Gill remains in Australia and it appears he will not be allowed to join French club Toulon until the end of the final Bledisloe Test in October, costing him big money. While Dave Dennis and Greg Holmes have been allowed to join...

    The Rugby Championship 2016

Strange though he hasn't released Gill - wants him to stay as injury cover despite clearly favouring Hooper, McMahon and Pocock. So he's playing out his year in the NRC. I would think our injury cover at THP is worse. I'd be a bit jaded if I was in his shoes.

The garbage bin shots are bollocks The shots where the ball is in frame the whole time are real. I reckon the Aussie kickers would be flat out hitting that bridge pilon twice in a row.
