Two finals ion a year and they choked. Better team on paper. Both times.

:)

Acts of pity.

You live in the paradise that is the Western Cape, land of milk, honey, beaches, mountains, wine and Matiemeisies.

Your opponents, no matter what happens, will remain the Last Remnants of Empah, so addled by sweating themselves to death in a place like a dog's breath that they think a loaf filled with bean curry is a decent snack; or, else they're Sesfinger van der Spoekendiesel se Sussienaaierdorp Trefferorkes.

Sure, God love them, when you've got everything else, you couldn't deny them something. It'd be cruel...

sorry the thread
http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/forum/threads/3260-Paarl-Gym-150th-year-amp-Ruaan-Smith

Was good to see Ruaan and WP destroying the Brutes scrum on saturday and scrumming against another Gimmie in Rossouw de Klerk. Johann Sadie ran them in peaces and this kid is going to be the next generation of Paarl Gim midfield greats.

Unfortanetly I missed the U19 final, the laaitie was playing cricket at NoordEind between the vineyards for Boland Central. Took this picture with my phonetjie

By the way I see the Brutes have poach the talented SA Schools captain midfielder from Grey, Small Smith.

Was talking to some of the Gym parents at the cricket on saturday and was surprise to hear the amount of money throwing at the young Paarl Gym players. Told me the 2010 WP U16 flyhalf Hanre Pollard has been contracted for R200,000 per year by WPRU. Also told me the current U18A team players have all been contracted all over SA. Mostly by WP and surprisingly Boland. Louis Koen coach here and is also coaching at Paarl Gym, so he sure will lay hands on available stock.

So now you're saying you don't win anything because everybody leaves?

You're doing enough of your own importing as well, Paarl. Fourie from Carletonville, Habana from Benoni, de Waal from Putsondergat, etc

:)

de Waal is from Boland Landbou Blou, and I said fokkol. I know for a fact WP have the school talent to be the best province if they can hung onto their best players. Sometime that was neglected in the past since we change professional, something Mallet started and Rassie works on since he got here.

You're only complaining because you couldn't get there first because your bakkies were all either nicked by the neighbours or wrapped around a kameeldoring after yet another night on the mampoer...
