Yeah with Wasserman (who are just Esportif and got bought up a few years ago) unless he's changed. They're much more on the quietly competent side of things as far as agents go, my understanding is Tupou's moves have always been his rather than agents in his ear.

As of this season, he's signed with Newstar aka Picone. They posted about him on their social media with the Waratahs signing earlier this year.

Newstar have essentially morphed their whole brand into signing young Australian and NZ talent and shipping them off to Japan or Europe. It's even featured quite heavily on their website now 'the benefits of living in (insert Japan or Europe)" and they've changed their branding to be Newstar International.

Just out of boredom, had a look over the academies for the French teams, they're littered with young kiwis and Ozzies, it's not just the bigger names they're signing up. Oddly few South Africans on the other hand.

Since SA left Super, I don't know their rookies/debutants anymore. Are the Bokke debutants all from URC or do they pick any from foreign leagues?
