There's also the fairly obvious point that ridiculously extreme body building physiques would be zero use on the rugby field.

I guess the ball is near Mark Chisholm's hands, so it must be.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: how does a bloke with the physique of Chiz have so little impact on the paddock? He should be breaking blokes in half and yet gets pushed back in tackles and lays no big hits himself.

Just pointing out that the Brumbies number 12 has better triceps than the Force number 15.

Yes, big chief, there are things.

I'm sure Shepherd's triceps are ok, despite the overwhelming evidence of a small, almost front-on picture of him partway through a DB curl.
