It's all a matter of taste. I like the energy Moloney brings, it works really well in the 7s and NRC. But I can understand why he's not everyone's cup of tea.

I think suggesting people would be within their right to 'belt' him is a bit much, though.

He’s getting paid handsomely to holiday in the south of France & watch a bit of rugby - the ‘energy’ he brings does nothing but dumb everything down.

I think it was more the "belting him" part of the post.
I agree, commentators should make every effort to get names right. It's just professionalism.
