NSW AAGPS 2025

As far as I know, every school in the CAS/GPS has a full team of scholarships, except for Aloysius. You can assume almost every school gives out sneaky 'music' or 'academic' scholarships to their first XV players.

Signing off,
Dr R
Agreed, some schools offer places to boys who are exceptional at a certain sport (majority of the time it is rugby however)

I think they have a nice structure. The framework is good, but the execution has lacked in the final 10. If they can close it out, they could see a result...
Will be interesting with Wentd filling in the full back role, hopefully they can hold on to the final moments where they slipped last week. Shore will be hard to stop if they can fill those gaps.

Totally, I felt, it was a similar scenario in a few of their trial games, coming from behind, where they needed to hold their energy and playing

Hopefully the injection of Wendt will put a stop to this theme of not being able to close out games.
Agreed, as well as callaghan returning the week after and bassingthwaighte a few more after that. Once Shores at full strength there backs will rise to the level the shore forwards are playing at and they (if no more injuries occur) will be lethal...

Agreed, I think Shore's lineout maul this week will be critical against Scots, if they can complete.

Hey boys anyone heard of Lachie Doble from Scots college. He's year 11 playing jersey flegg for the Roosters. How is he in 3rds?
Cheers boys

Not to sure, Although this usally is the case when individual choose league over union at school. If hes good enough though, which it seems he is, he will make his way to the 1's in no time...

Thoughts on the rain?

Newington large land mammals may tire in the wet. The sprightly lambs shall prance though across the SJC bowling green with ease.
Only issue will be handling. The Barker game taught them plenty. Even wet a Joeys field is impeccable.

Scots College outdoor aquatic center is filling nicely at this time I am told. Student spies who still communicate with me have noted the puddles on main growing at a radid rate. Once more there will be concerns of players drowning on the worst surface in the AAGPS. Even McKay Oval drained (but local kids stole your hubcaps) . Shore lads must remember to pack their floaties for this game.

Here is 2024

The kings of the mud and emperor of the swamp, Riverview will be licking their lips at the thought of a freshly made bog.
Kings, who like Joeys enjoy a wonderful pasture to plod around on, may not be ready for the Loveable Lane Cove Lunatics in their element.
With at least three games on the mud track before the big one, the oval will once again living up to their title, "Swamp Monsters"

Riverview coaching their year 7 lads on number 1.

Anticipating to see where Wendt will play after both Callaghan and Bassingthwaighte return. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply,
I get what you are saying. But seriously Doble is one of a kind, the front row for the 3rdXV is incredibly good. Just cause him and Tom Hill are natural Leaugies dosent mean they aren't good at Union. GET A GRIP SCOTS COLLEGE!!!!
Cheers boys,

Shore boys have been spending plenty of time in the mud as Northbridge filled up throughout the week.

Interesting though, this round (or maybe the next) last season, it was a wet weather splash about... As long as they can keep the ball off the ground and the forwards out of the back line, the standard should stand.
