I did have a chuckle on the IG announcement where West's are the only club known with their mascot "West Bulldogs".

Off the top of my head Cheatham, Ngauamo, Cody and Parry have all moved on (from a pack perspective). In terms of the backs Draper

I think our back 5 forwards will actually be better this year. Big, fast, athletic. Good lineout. Scrum might be a bit down but we'll see how the new recruits in the front row go.

Backs very exciting. Dascombe could have been the find of the season before her injury last year. Wilks is a big body with pace. Sauaso was very impressive for a 16yo in Roma, as was Urwin in defence.

I'll call it now - we'll go one better this year and win it against the Tahs in the final!

I'm not a fan of Bishop's concept of centralisation, but I'm liking what he has to say on the things Les brings.

Ross, Kreis and Head have all impressed me with their athleticism and pace. We were a bit slow last year (cost us the final against Fijiana)
