2014 or 2019 for me

I like the 2023, but not the collar for some reason

2014 is pretty simple. Isn't it? 2019 is a nice design, absolutely. The 2011 is the most glorious but that white square is so ugly

2014 was a really nice, clean design.

I really liked the 2015 pattern design too, but just wish it carried over onto the back.

(Just sayin' the 2017 away strip is close to the best looking Reds jersey of all time imo)

I must be the outlier - definitely prefer the maroon interpretation of red. Preferably with navy not white.

My team for round 1 considering current injuries. is O'Connor isn't fit then Creighton to start and Lynagh on the bench. I'd have Vunivalu at 23 but if he isn't fit then either Grealy or Daugunu comes in at 23. Other than that the team pretty much picks itself.

I would have been of the same thinking until I watched the Henry/Flook show last week - I thought they clicked really well, tough call but I would probably put Flook at 13 ahead of Hunter and see what happens.

Question for anyone with a better memory than mine - how has Paisami gone off the bench previously? Has he made impact late-game?

I don't recall many games where he's played but hasn't started, but in theory, his running could be pretty effective against weary bodies.

For me 2015 and 2016 were the best designs. I quite like BLK, a great rugby brand.

Well Reds are coming to the Naki this year, will book a couple of tickets for the game at New Plymouth in May. Love the fact I starting to have to sort out tickets etc, means rugby is getting nearer!!

it was only really his first season did he start from the bench a few times and just once last year (in the QF v the Crusaders)

Bot I just realised that the game is on 12th May, what else is that day? Me and wifes golden wedding anniverary, so at least I will need seats in gold section and maybe will need to go out for a meal as well! Bloody problems problems!

Just googled him, apparently he's a centre. Imagine he'll follow the same path as Lynagh and be slowly eased in over the next few years but he'll have stiff competition behind Henry, Flook, Paisami, Petaia and potentially Annan.

I don't mind it and maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I feel like these special jerseys are a good opportunity for gender specific jerseys to be created.

It would give two artists/themes an opportunity to get presented across two separate jerseys, as well as giving the women's team a unique identity.

You're right, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's a deliberate move to try build more continuity and alignment between the mens' and women's programs.

It's also easier for merch sales
