Haven't seen anything about kick off time yet. I'd assume it'll be set for to be sometime after sunset, but I'm not sure what the condition is of the lights at ballymore right now and Saturday is set to be reasonably cool so I wouldn't rule out an afternoon start.

'The Western Force will base themselves on the east coast for the opening two rounds of the inaugural season of Super Rugby Pacific due to ongoing border restrictions in Western Australia as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. That's dated yesterday on the Force website - it looks like they have swapped their home games to be away games for now so likely will come for trials and preparation before games in Canberra and Sydney so they aren't caught out by travel bans.
