Richard Graham - Assistant Coach

Achievements: Heineken Cup Semis 2005-06 (Bath)
A former Australian Sevens Captain, Graham joined the Wallabies this season as Skills Coach at the start of 2009. The former Queensland fullback has been on the Western Force coaching staff this past season and he will take over as head coach for the 2012 Super 15 season. His playing career included an appearance for Australia A v British Lions in 2001.

I found this comment in the Wayne Bennet article rather interesting

Wharton was stunned when Bennett predicted the sacking of a coach in a rival sport six months before it happened.

Bennett noted that the coach's relationship with his players had become too chummy and that his choice of decision-makers was affected.

''You can't put in somebody who is not the best person for a spot because he's your mate,'' Wharton said. ''The respect he commands is incredible … but he is very quick to distance himself from this notion of mateship.''

obviously there are a few varibles in there, he could very well be talking about soccer or AFL, also whilst Wayne has been a very succesful coach in the NRL, so has Robbie Deans at S14, theres no reason to say that different approaches cant work
