Gee whiz. Japan played well. Wallabies pretty ordinary. We should have put a score on but the tactics? Nothing to write home about. Didn't sight Toole or Fluke except for his try. Pick and drive city and we still struggled. England will be licking their lips albeit with our 'big guns' back.

Pietsch is our starting wing. Depressingly so is Edmed.

Edmed looked lost at times. No spark whatsoever. And too many aimless kicks. Carter needs to start next week but admittedly a huge gamble.

I think that’s a version of what I just said. That being said I want to give tier 2 teams more games and that’s an opportunity to blood more players for us. Ideally we haven’t just come off a bruising lions tour and Rc and can play more tier 1 players in that game but as I said - I think we should stick to four test typically

Agree re Tane. Has potential but high error count.

Happy to have team 2.5 get a run out and a win in a test and rest 90% of our first xv completely for the pending for tests.

Didn’t see much of the 2nd half. But first half we were dominant without getting it in the scorecard. Although BOK and his assistants helped the Japanese I thought. Never seen the ball actually on the tryline get called play on before.

He must be a plant by V’landys (the horse racing guy) or heavily protected by the Watatah’s mafia.

On that game I'd be opting for Stewart.

Open to it. Said it during the week he’s a safe, low error option who would follow a plan and shift the ball. More likely to play 10 for Aus than the Force.

Must have been watching a different game to me - I thought Gordon kicked well & found plenty of ground when we needed it....

Wow. He box kicked to touch on the 50 and into opposition half multiple times. Something our 10s can't do from a normal kick. Made a tackle at the end of the game that probs won us the game. Managed the game well. I've never been a big Gordan fan as he isn't a world class 9 and will never be but he is our best option at the moment
