Tizzano leaves the maul and scores. He runs around Zane. Does he have to run backwards and across before moving forward? That's ridiculous

It didn't matter what Tizzano did.

The problem was Nonggorr not being bound to the maul and engaging with the Japanese defenders in front of the ball.

On a wet day, keeping it close and in front of the pigs is not an unusual game plan

Especially with that backline, it shouldn't have gone wide until there was a three man overlap

And we had overlaps but a good rush from their outside centre killed it.

I don't think many here have coached or played in actual wet weather conditions ;)
