Fitness is obviously part of it but I don’t think new should lose sight of the impact of on field leadership deficiencies in us regularly losing the last quarter.

Interesting comment from White noting that the Brumbies had not conceeded a point in the last 20minutes from their last 9 games, praising their fitness levels. You can see a big difference between the last quater results and how both teams have approached their fitness this year.

However, White did forget about the try the Force scored in the 68th minute.......

Regardless, it's still a good effort........

similarly the # of Walllabies in each squad. 3 in the Brumbies enabled White a full squad to tear strips out of, whilst the Tahs had a whole bunch that Foley seemingly had to 'handle with care'. It was similar for the Reds who had a completely different pre-season this year to last, because of the same factor. Lots of Wallabies out this season, bugger all last.

Interesting that newspaper journos and now the TV commentators are suggesting that the Waratahs lack fitness with the evidence for this being their inability to play out 80 minutes. Who would have thought?

Well at least be grateful that it is now an identified weakness and they have a clear area they need to improve... the thought of a leaner and fitter Waratahs side in 2013 is actually a worrying concept

It's nice the media have copped on to it but if there's as much of a lag to the Tahs seeing it as a problem, as there was between people like Bruce picking it out and the media, then it might be 2014 by the time they take action.

They obviously read G&GR. Pity that their reading is extremely selective.

Ye of little faith. Mark my words: Horne will play every match in for the Tahs this year. Spoken

Excellent prediction, Swat, especially given that you were virtually a lone voice; (Horne might even have doubted the strength of your prediction). However, you will recall that he did have a self-inflicted period in the wilderness due to his ill-judged tackle on Beale.
