"Ireland's Aoife Wafer claimed she was bitten by France's Axelle Berthoumieu during the women's Rugby World Cup quarterfinal."

NZ's title defence in trouble: only one fit specialist midfielder, the other three dropping out in the space of about a week, so looks like one of the wingers (probably Portia) will have to move to 13, and now Jorja Miller has an undisclosed injury (probably a knee) that will keep her out of SF & likely next week as well. Was always a long shot but getting much harder now.
