Where Anae was lying was irrelevant. The penalty was for incorrect use of feet. A player lying in the wrong spot does not excuse this. And Robinson went straight over the top of Anae slowly. He knew exactly where he was.
I get the impression for previous posts of yours that you play/ed in the pigs so you've been there too.
No malicious intent granted. But still a penalty.

What a disgraceful call by the TMO against Jed. Anyone who agrees with that penatly must have rocks in their head. Absolutely ruined the Rebels momentum.

Both players did a penalizable offence. It was going to be a harsh penalty either way. I would have liked to see play on called but in the heat of the moment they called something up and had to make a call.
Frustrating 2nd half. Rebels blew a few simple chances.

Anyways, based on that game..... JOC (James O'Connor) is not a flyhalf.....
He stands way too deep, and except for that one time (which did leave to a try) he never looked like setting anything up....
His long passing game wasn't particularly good and his distribution often static and laboured..... in fact, he often stopped in order to pass the ball......
Maybe it's because he doesn't have a lot of great options in that backline but he he often seemed hesitant in his decision making........

Completely agree. He was very deep, took the ball into the defensive line a lot, but mostly died with it. He stood well out of the attacking line a lot too. He really did not look threatening in attack, apart from that try. He's a very good player, but I can't see him being a great 10. Much better working in some space, or being put in it by someone else. I think.

Yep.
There were a few times where he seemed to be in two minds about what to do and would either die with the ball or throw a hospital pass to somebody.

Australian rugby players are playing some incredibly dumb footy these days. It's like they are all completely unaware of where the ball is, where other players are (in defence and attack), where gaps in defence are, where opposition runners are and where the side line, and more importantly, where the try line is.
The rebels didn't deserve to win the game and the reds didn't deserve to win it just a little bit less. But neither side deserved to win it.
Terrible.
