Was it done by fucking Twitter again? Thought he was good apart from a couple of brain farts.
All MOM awards are done on TWITTER and as we know Twitter is for Twits. I agree James was one of the Wales best. But really there where at least 13 Wallabies who played better or as well. It looks like I'm going to have to sign up for Twitter and get my kids to teach me how to use it.

Of all teams in the WC, you would have thought that Wales would have understood the importance of taking the points.

How good was Sio? It's not often you see a tight head lifted completely off the ground.

There are no words. I was at the game tonight and the atmosphere during the game and especially that 15 period when we were under the kosh was immense. How Wales never scored during the period baffles me. I'm buzzing still and would just be typing gibberish so I'll stop :)

We'll pass the hat around and see if we can come up with enough money to buy you a new set of fingernails. I can't imagine you've got any left.

Drew Mitchell also did very very well. By far the most incisive runner during the period he was on the field. Given how effective the wallabies defence has been compared to their attack we might need him more than Horne.

Plus his kicking. But Horne's defence when he comes into the line cannot be under-estimated. Different benefits. I'd suspect Mitchell might be the better option against Scotland.

Still relevant after last night.
Exclusive transcript extract from a Match Report, prepared by Henry Lancaster V. Not sure if he is related to Coach Stuart who is also of the House of Lancaster.

Any better and Greanpeace and The Sea Shepherd will be campaigning to stop The Men in Gold from continuing to slaughter the Whales.

Meanwhile I've uncovered some footage of the Wallabies defence that didn't make it to air last night.

Pocock kneed the Welsh guy because he was being held. Understandable but the citing commissioner might not see it that way. Let's hope he's a Kiwi:)

If I were you, I'd be more concerned about your team beating France or Ireland, rather than wishing a player suspended on the other side of the draw. But I understand you have a certain style to uphold.

As much as we can all appreciate Horne's defensive prowess, you have to wonder how much confidence he will have in a shoulder that popped out only a few weeks prior. I sincerely hope he makes a speedy recovery but think it would be a big mistake to rush him back into anything when we have a couple of other guys fit and raring to go.

Yeah, I don't deny what you say. That said, 2 yellows in a couple of mins is pretty uncommon, so the Wallabies did what they could - smashed everything that came their way.
You're right, it does boggle the mind that Wales couldn't come up with anything.

Not sure if it came up on the TV but we were sitting at that end if the ground and Wales simply failed to get the ball wide enough quick enough. Defense was awesome but Wales attack pretty average.

I knew we had won it when we finally got the turnover, and pretty much cebrated like we had.

Wales total drongos. Aus only needed 13 tough bastards to cope with that monobrowed meathead game plan.
"Guys, plan A, punch it up straight with Roberts and North, game of attrition, we'll breach them eventually."
"Um fellas........ plan A isnt working, whats plan B?"
"Plan A is to punch it up straight with Roberts and North, game of attrition, we'll breach them eventually."

I thought McCalman was outstanding off the bench. Really lifted the team's physicality when he came on and helped get us through that big defensive effort. Made some strong carries and big tackles when the team really needed it.

I agree, in hindsight I think he would have been a better choice then McMahon. I see McMahon getting a lot of wraps here, but I thought he was fairly average. He put 2 great hits on, was great at kick restarts, but his body height on attack was a concern for me.

He runs in very high, it works against minnows because he runs in with so much intensity, but when he plays a tier one nation and runs into 2 forwards like he did last night they very well nearly held him up. Happened a couple of times, whilst he did manage to eventually get to ground it absolutely slowed down play and slowed down momentum.

Although body height into contact seemed to be an issue for a few players in the first half.

Hooper was sorely missed.

WHAT A DEFENSIVE EFFORT!

Very impressed with all 13 players on defence. Was absolutely superb. Can't single out one player they were all very good.

Douglas is becoming my new favourite lock and doing exactly what he was brought in for. Sio and Kepu continue to scrum well and play well, both world class props. Poey always makes a crucial turnover.

All the backs defended their asses off, was impressed with Foley who has lifted his game in defence - I think he made 2 try saving tackles.

Attack was far from a clinical display, passing in front of the man was horrible, I think Foley made 2 passes behind the man plus the forward through the legs not what I want to see from a flyhalf but overall he played well enough.

Clean up the accuracy on attack and I think we will be fine, throughout the tourney.

Also, I really like Folau's new tactic where he pretends to be poor under the high ball so now opposition teams will to start to kick it too him more. It will pay dividends in the finals.

Well played Folau ;)
