Reckon they need to have a rethink on ticket prices. Gold seats were $101 which is basically double what you pay for a Brumbies ticket.

I was concerned that we couldnt get out of our half in the fisrt half. With only 30% of posession we had good D with our line only being crossed once with a sceptical try.

Far better second half, felt a real momentum change when Hodge returned the a kick ball in hand broke the line and gave it to Izzy on the outside.

If only Timani had some demonstrated form this year

He has shown as much or more than Hanigan. What he does do well is tackle and clean out. He may not run as well as we would like with the ball, but he does carry and more effectively than Hanigan. Why not put the time into him? He has a lot of good years ahead of him and is physically more ready for test rugby than Hanigan or Dempsey. Their time will come.

Yeah, watching the Wobbs should be worth a lot more than double watching the Bumblies.

Because Hooper/Timani/McMahon is even more unbalanced than Hooper/McMahon/Hanigan (and he hasn't shown any more than Ned)

Except he hasn't - not when given the opportunity this year. When you're on the bench and you know you might not be on the bench next game, your job is to seize that with both hands and show the coach why you should be starting.

Back row of

6 Dempsey
7 Hooper
8 McMahon

Next game please. Three utterly annoying bastards, who aren't lazy like Timani, and love the rough stuff.

Should be......Canberra Stadium 2/3 full for Argies, ANZ not even 2/3 full for NZ. No advertising on TV for the Canberra game. Seriously mate, what do you expect?

I agree Timani's individual efforts are/can be better, there are just so few of them per match

I would love to see Timani turn into/return to being that beast we wish we had.

Hanigan at the moment is a place holder, he is not going to win you many games, but he is doing a lot of the dog work, relatively error free.

Timani had a shitty year and can't contest the line out. He is not what we are looking for in a McMahon Hooper back row. Hanigan may not be, setting the world on fire but his good at the line out and gets through a lot of work

I can't bang on about it anymore and I will not, but from what I have seen he offers a lot more, particularly against sides like the Boks. Rob Simmons has also had a shitty year but look at the game he rolled out yesterday.

It was good to see the bench have an impact. I think every single one of them did something positive of note soon after taking the field and they all seemed to throw themselves into their work.

Our defensive work has improved markedly - but gee we completely stand off the tackle/breakdown. It was amazing watching guys actually move backwards from the contact zone to not engage.

A wobs test is supposed to be a special occasion, it is rather cheap @ $101, you pay $127 to see Cat Stevens FFS

Unfortunately FP, the value you place on things may not match the market. The crowd was hardly huge.

....yesterday and the ABs game. Simmons has clearly stepped up recently. Easily holding his spot in the squad atm!
