Not having MG on the field was disappointing and would have made a difference.
Lineouts improved enormously in second half when 2 was replaced by 16.
Scrums were pretty even.
The NSW team would be disappointed in their efforts on the day, they almost handed QLD their win on a silver platter...
^^^^agree with you! it's as much about what's going on in their heads and their connection as a team, because they all have the ability, and no team is unbeatable - hopefully the coach is on the same wavelength as you!!!
Does anyone know how many will be included in the initial squad, the majority will no doubt be from QLD, but it would be interesting to know the split across the 5 teams
I was unable to get to the game yesterday but just watched the tahs v rebels match on YouTube - great coverage btw - and was disappointed to see so many tahs errors (dropped ball, turnover) but scrum wins were great and so were their scoring opportunities when they managed to get some good flow...
