You can just see in the collective classrooms around all the schools, young men with little bits of vomit in their collective mouths, reading two old buggers flirting on the website.
Weird :)

Call me old at your peril BW, and it's not flirting, it's clash of the titans come Saturday- I will be leading the Joeys war cries while Manzurri is wimpering in the back of his ute

Comments - Kings in the 1st by a whisker. Joeys in the 2's. The Kings 2's were all at sea last week. Riverview too strong across both 1sts and 2nds and in a couple of close ones Scots by a narrow margin based on home team advantage.

Where is Castle Hill? I am not that familiar with suburbs beyond Hunters Hill
A reference to the original @Rugby Mum who rumour has it was well known around the Hills district when she was just @Rugby Girl, methinks.

@Rugby Mum (Mark 1) has migrated upwards from the schoolboy threads and is now seen dropping in and out of the Colts thread, giving Bon Andrews oval updates.

I believe Adam Goodman has been called up this week at second row for Newington 1sts, his determination has been paying off, and all those extra preseason sessions his put in has really paid off for him.

Not sure who's been dropped or injured, but i know Goodman will be a good replacement, and maybe even become a permanent player in the team.

It's good to be back, when are the GPS teams being announced and who are people thinking for the number 10 jersey? Also any incumbent aus school boys or likely aus school boys?

Any thoughts on the 2nd XV comp? I think Newington are looking like pretty good competition. From what I've heard, the Bruce brothers are playing very well as well as McKay, a returning player from last year.

Anyone know who's coaching this team?

Thanks,
Nectar

I believe Mark dickens and Mr Walsh are.

No wonder Adam Goodman has put a lot of effort into his game, with those two coaches spurring him on its hard not too. I remember watching Goodman play last year, had a brilliant ruck game, and quite skilled with the ball as well for a forward. Definitely a player to watch out for this season.

Could I get people's opinions as to why they are tipping Riverview over Grammar in the 3rds competition? Grammar were competition favourites in the pre season and the loss to Armidale seems to have swayed many votes. Riverview lost to a St Joeys side that arguably Grammar were better than the week before despite the loss. Also want to say that Grammar managed such a close game even with the loss of two key players (Nick Carruthers and Charles Comino) early into the game.

It seems from reports that grammar have been ravaged by injuries, I doubt Sheldon can do it all by himself, despite his performance against Joeys.

Grammar are reported to have had a number of injuries, which they seem to lack the depth to cover. They were also beaten heavily by TAS on the weekend.

Only per New's Program published for last week's New v View game, @Nectar, New's locks were Christian Poidevin (4) and Louis Gray (5).

Goodman was listed as playing hooker in the 2's last weekend; not that you can always trust what those rascal publishers of Programs put out to the punters. :)
