I hope the weather is better this year.

The weather for Monday's games last year was ridiculous.

The forecast is for sunny, 16-18 degrees over the weekend in Sydney. Should be better than last year.

No forecast for Orange (U14) on the Iphone but the Bathurst forecast is overcast 12 on saturday, Sunny 13 on Sunday.

Under 16's will be interesting! Warringah go in hot favourites, their backline has been strenghtened with a couple of Scots boys, Gordon without Macgregor and Hutchinson so the X factor has gone, most of the side doesnt play club but gets a run under the grandfather rules, Southern Districts much stronger with the Randwick players coming across, Parramatta have also recruited well, Eastwood are always strong but have been unmoved on the fact that all players must play for an Eastwood club. Hunter is the best of the country sides, I believe 7 or 8 country players and ACT has always promised a lot but not delivered in this age group but could surprise.

Agree with that. The next tier would be Eastwood, Parra and Penrith with Parra and Penrith having the easier Draw to fill the fourth spot.

In the 15’s I wasn’t very impressed with ACT today and would like to change my tips. Eastwood to beat ACT in the QF and meet Victoria in the semi.

Definitely. Woods v Vic would be a great match up, particularly as the woods are billeting them. If it goes that way Sunday night will be interesting!
Woodies must beat the rats first.
Though the rat's red card removes their best player from that contest.

State Champs results are here on twitter, but not very current or detailed.

https://twitter.com/NSWJRU

The twits also say that full results are on the NSW juniors web site.

There are no results on the NSW juniors web site (except U14). Why do they twit stuff that is incorrect?

Yeh, heard there was a dust up, a few cards given apparently
Yellow for high - abused ref on way off turned to red.
Rats apparently protested the ref: not sure what a successful challenge would achieve.
Yellow for nths for being rude to rats.
Didn't see a dust up.

Norths Eastwood Randwick ACT Victoria Gordon Sthn Inland Penrith Randwick

Not sure why Randwick is mentioned twice as a Round 2 winner

If Randwick beat Hunter tomorrow they will be top of their pool (for/Against) with ACT coming in second. Gordon v Victoria should be the other tight one
