I Noted no Luke Lough or Will Terry which hurt them - quite a few missing from Gordon & Norths 2013 u15s squads - at least half of each squad look new

Perhaps consequences of one or more of the following factors: the removal of Grandfather clause, Schools cotton woolling players, parents managing player injuries and fatigue, the lack of a second pathway to the National U16 tournament.

It can be good to have some new faces in front of the selectors, representing their district that many have been part of since the Under 6's.

Some Country Zones doing OK in the Under 15's. Is this a consequence of the JGC U15 programme or have they always been strong(ish) in this age cohort?

Central West appear to have had some good results and I would of thought that these players would of made up the Western NSW team in the JGC. Western NSW won only one of their pool games.

Maybe they have found a coach that is coaching the basics to get them playing as a team. Good luck to them

Only in one persons mind. Watched them today. Very average. Like all the teams they've lost a few key players, Backs had no penetration and the fwds were dominated by the ACT pack. We are sure to get the full explanation from our mate
