Well, kind of. It's not like Eastwood are on struggle street, they just happen to have lost to Uni a few times. A real leg up would be a team that isn't usually in the GF getting up.
Not detracting from Eastwood's win at all - super effort, and well deserved.

Top game of rugby today, gripping throughout. Any word on why Tilse started ahead of Paddy Ryan as the Uni scrum improved as soon as Paddy came on.

Interesting how bad Tilse was in the scrums today, he's always been good at Super rugby level but Longbottom and Fitzpatrick destroyed him today.

For those of you who whinge about the GF not being at the SFS , the game today had it all ,great atmosphere ,exciting game , good crowd , easy parking , & terrific catering from the West Harbour club.
Definitely wouldn't have been as good at a bigger stadium.

To be fair, he had Mumm (a crap scrummager) and Dennis (a makeshift lock) pushing from behind him. But yeah, he wasn't great, and hasn't been all year.
