Yes but the Waratahs are saying they are interested in signing Lucas for next year which doesn't work if he's in Italy.

I wonder how his teammates feel about that. Sorry boys, I'm off on holiday for the next 4 weeks while you're playing in the finals.

Hooker Siliva Siliva (new revels recruit) will align himself for North Harbour Rays for the NRC 2015 season

That'll be a combination of the Brumbies wanting Anae to play hooker for the Vikings and the VRU wanting current Vic players to be played in the Rising.

I would have thought it would simply be a case of the Rebels trying to maximise the playing time of Laefa and Siliva. If both were in the Rising then one would be riding the pine.. At least by playing for the Rays he gets more game time, and the Rays are grateful because it gives them another super rugby player in their lineup.

It would be good to see the Spirit and Vikings also do this in positions where they are overstocked with players.

Would not be surprised to see him play off the bench behind Luke Holmes.

Gives the squad some cover though Hilterbrand (ex Western Force hooker) might not be that happy. Kelly has done some good things in 1st grade for Warringah as well.

Luke Holmes was part of the reason the Rays scrum was so bad last season. Siliva is an exceptional scrummager and will provide a solid platform at set piece.

Hooker Siliva Siliva who I previously reported was joining the Rays has overlooked them and now joins Greater Western Sydney Rams.

Disappointed that Harry Jones isn't in the squad. His injury must be keeping him for the rest of the year.
