Which Clubs are the Class of 2015 going to?

I know both codes have been exploited by players like Sonny Bill, Matt Rodgers, Carmichael Hunt etc and they have done well in both but it does hamstring the development guys trying to make it in Union. They generally don't hang around long and are not long term prospects.
We need players to develop their union skills from grassroots through to Super Rugby. I've seen it at schools level where league players are recruited and battle with the concept of passing the ball, you can pick the Mungo's out from a mile.
