found him passed out behind the wheel at 4:30am on Thursday, police woke him and he blows 0.135
He was also driving on a suspended license
so disappointing, hard to see him coming back from this
Good guys ‘get up’ X 2 tonight though ;-)
I’ve never heard of someone charged with high range, being found not guilty. In fairness, innocent till proven guilty. Good guys ‘get up’ X 2 tonight though ;-)
No. The precedents on this link suggest not anyway.I assume "asleep behind the wheel" puts him in control of the car in a legal sense?

Whether he is found guilty or not, there’s some serious behavioural issues there. Getting on the piss hard a few days before a super rugby match is just stupid behaviour. I have zero sympathy for DUI, they risk other people’s lives because of their own lack of restraint.
Gibson shouldn’t have played him.
It wasn't just Gibson's call.Gibson shouldn’t have played him.
