Matty is still kicking around at the Riverview games? He was a crowd favourite when we played View in the 90's!
He sure is and is still a crowd favourite. The lads love him and I was actually lucky enough to run into him at an NRL game earlier this year, he seems to be a massive Parramatta fan. It's a shame that I haven't seen him practicing his goal kicking in recent years but I'm sure he is still having a great time at the footy on a Saturday arvo.

Hello Propsarespeedy
Marvellous and Impressive, but where do Scots get so many players for their Open Division. Is there a massive intake of newly arrived boys into years 11 and 12. Or do boys previously playing soccer, make a conversion to the one true Sporting faith in Winter time.
Carefull B&W, tread lightly. Entering murky waters here.

I saw Matty a few years ago at a Parramatta game with Brother Anthony Boyd from Joeys. Both are massive Parramatta fans.

Hello BP, no suggestion of the "S" word is intended at all, nor is it made. Please read again. My interest is purely professional as a former teacher. I am very impressed by the ability of the Scots Rugby Program and the School's Leadership, to create an environment where Rugby grows, so successfully in the senior years. Anything else and you are creating unnecessary concerns, that should not exist.

So spare me your unfounded criticism and outlook.Your reaction is completely over the top and one that totally mystifies me.

But again, my apologies for asking the question. It was a well intended question, that sought to neither imply or offend anyone. So please read it again and this time, may I suggest to you, stop reading between the lines and creating interpretations, that were never intended.

Kind Regards

B&W

All good with me B&W. I understood where you are coming from.

BP....just a little history. The "S" word has caused more angst and anger here than any other. Over the past decade many a good member has left because of this word so some of those who survived the purges and battles get a little prickly if someone innocently insinuates that you are raising this topic again. There is a thread all about this where you can go and flame away. Just not here anymore.

Thanks BP for being part of the community. I am now off to Kings to enjoy the sunshine, BBQ and rugby. #bigmanbighat

Interesting side note. Joeys 14a’s played most of the game with 14 boys after one was red carded early in the game. In a philanthropic gesture, the Joeys 15a’s played most of the second half with 13 or less as they self imposed the mercy rule.

May it be one of great enjoyment Joker. A Word of advice, those Kings Hamburgers are usually served with Chips. So if you buy one now and eat it. My prediction is that dinner will not be needed.

Just had one. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointed as the hot food options had run out by the start of the 2nds. There was only a sad old snag in a stale bun coupled with a cold egg. Even the bbq sauce was watered down. 2/10. My suggestion. Eat before you come or pack a picnic.

Kings hit back. 10-7 Joeys. Joeys lost possession at the kick off and Kings score beneath the black dot.
