My wife just pointed out that since i dragged her to this sun burnt island shes seen the Waratahs maybe 10 times in person and never seen them win.

Throw in the 10 odd games against England with only 1 win.

Tough sell.

In fairness it’s probably not a strategy they were expecting to bear fruit in the last 20 of the first game
Sure, but the way the draw is and all there chat about going all in on the first 4 rounds means the risk is heightened. By the time they're get that match fitness wallaby rest and injury may have taken it out of their hands.

I thought he was very good.

Stars:

- Toole, Ikitau, Longergan, Frost, Ulugia, Schoupp,
- Jorgensen, Foketi, Hooper, Lambert, Faulkner, Gleeson.

Samu's work rate was poor. Can't see Eddie loving that. Brumby scrum very dominant although a fair bit of dodgy going on at the engagement.

Scum times yes but I think he's replacement showed how a 1 marches around a rugby field in all aspects of the game

Hard to tell from the ground i guess but couldn't see him have any notable impact.

Too many errors from the Tahs. Jorgensen good on attack, not so much on defence, tho we were often caught short on the fringes.

Basic numbering up needs work.

Brumbies were furious at the ruck. Good to see.
