Delighted that you were offended but I was being facetious rather than sarcastic. Admittedly, it would be confusing if shore won something other than rowing but they look like a good team this year.

Just maybe my predictions were tongue in cheek. I am sure that the Headmaster there would agree that curing hunger, poverty & cancer isn't as important as rowing. Nevertheless, Shore will play much better rugby this year.

I am willing to go further. I predict that Shore will be undefeated. That a new thread will be opened about sporting waiting lists instead of scholarships. I'm even willing to make the really out there prediction that Shore will take rugby seriously.

My memory of the RWC is no doubt different to yours, I can't remember advertising on the players jerseys. Some of the schools seem to think that they should control what is on their own jerseys.

The rumour, I heard a couple of years back, was that scots wanted to place sponsorship on the invited schools jerseys. This led to a number of schools refusing to participate.
