RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

I think it's worth pointing out that the RWC has arguably been easier for him than Super Rugby from an opponent standpoint, considering NZ only had one tier 1 nation in their pool and played a complete shambles of a France team in the qtrs.

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

This is true. If only we could some how combine them to create a Nic White type player...

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

Did he really? Phipps put on a bad pass early on, but fuck me if Genia didn't do some stupid shit in that second half... 90% of his kicks achieved nothing.

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

They're showing a lot of these half breaks the Argies made, and I can't help but think just how many the All Blacks would almost certainly have scored off. Need to fix that up big time..

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

Shit and negative sport where a nil all draw is considered a result. What did you expect?

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

We'd made 30 metres in 3 phases from TPN runs up the middle and had only stalled a little. Sure, we got the ball back more or less the same sport, but we had secure ball for the most part. Why not build a little more?

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

Our second half was pretty dreadful in a lot of ways to be honest... bad scrums, and braindead decision making when we'd won the ball (still can't quite believe Foley attempted a fucking drop goal with 20 to go), but the last 10 more than made up for it. MOM has to go to Fardy or Pocock

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

Anyone else notice that that try came after Genia went off? If he'd got that ball he'd probably have box kicked it.

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

I'm actually glad to see Genia off... his kicking has been awful and completely nullifying the benefit of any turn overs we've had. But that was a shit pass from Phipps...

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

What is going on with our tactics here? Why did Giteau and Kurindrani kick the ball away immediately after winning a turn over? Do we not want the ball now?

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

And according to everyone else they're just the result of pressure, so maybe we thought we'd get in on the act :P

Yep, he certainly would have if he'd had anything approaching Hooper's drive, professionalism and maturity. But he doesn't.

Looks like the ridiculousness of this whole situation is being noticed even by our satirists: http://www.thefaultreport.com.au/sport/scotland-fuming-that-referee-didnt-stop-australian-tries/

I can't believe they're still carrying on with this in the UK. It's like none of them can see how much the Scots had go their way in the lead up to the final minutes of this match both on and off the pitch.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Just making the point that if Scots want to complain about being dudded and unlucky because of one call in a game where they conceded 5 tries and scored only a couple through luck then it's worth remembering the luck that went their way too. You were better than the US, but Samoa played the...

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Bah, The Scots were gifted their qtrs spot by unfair scheduling that handicapped the Brave Sakuras and a fluke try against a better Samoa. The Scots had a tonne of luck go their way to get to the qtrs; it shouldn't be so terrible that a bit of bad luck sees them out. Sent from my iPhone using...

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Wasn't anything dodgy about it, it was a clear offside. Plenty of crap decisions both ways and dodgy penalty goals was what kept them so close despite the Wallabies scoring 5 tries to 3. I agree with you on one thing though; neither side really deserved to win, but that doesn't mean Laidlaw...
