Potentially 2 good games this weekend if the Owls can regroup after last weeks whoopin'. However, I think the gap will be too big to close up against a side like Tuggers Vikings by 45 Royals v Eagles.... both appear greatly improved versions this year. have to go with the Royals after their...

Fair summary Istanbul. I reckon by round 5 we will get a more accurate idea as to a probable top 4 , but lets hope that all the teams keep us guessing right up to the end

Well thats good news that he is still around and able to come back after injury and play well straight up. Might even get along to Tuggers next game. Got to admit, hes one of those players that i just really enjoy watching as he appears to have the full range of skills and would love to see him...

It was more the hanging onto his shirt-tail for the free beers and entry into sleazy nightclubs. Im with you though in hoping hes still around. As No 8 stated last year, if he can somehow get into the Brumbies system, he will be a star.

I guess you are more aware of the Vikings setup than me whitehead. I still believe the kids from all over canberra have a choice and if already belonging to a J1D club would get ample advise for or against going Red. As for the Brissy boys...dont see it as bad that youngsters are encouraged to...

Did anyone actually get to the Easts-Vikings game yesterday and can supply a report? I heard that Easts were a greatly improved side on last year and while 43-5 is not tiny, a lot of teams have been dusted like that at some stage. Like No 8 said earlier, have not heard anything about Easts...

Yes exactly mate... I dont believe Tuggers "recruit " a large colts squad as Whitehead suggests. Young blokes tend to stick with their mates and simply make a choice. So the question then is why dont they go to the other clubs knowing they are more likely to get game-time there.
