Australia v NZ. Bledisloe Cup Series 2024. Sep 21, Sep 28

Maybe it's all Dismal's propaganda, but I was looking at the list and thinking how an all Blues squad would go against the Wallabies.

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

What do you think went wrong, because I agree. That first 30 to even 40, was looking really good.

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

Do you know this or are you speculating? Truth is, unless you have some insight we dont, we really have no idea what Joe really wants and what conversations were had and who decided what. Joe doesn't have to tell the media all his thoughts.

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

Well Vunivalu was the hope and is probably the right athlete but from all I've seen not the right player in terms of attitude and/or intent so never evolved into what we needed.

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

Ok. Caught up on the game. I was so happy for 30-40mins and then everything just went pearshaped. Honestly we were playing some really nice Rugby in that openning stanza, Frost, Bell, Donaldson, Williams, lots to like, but then we just lost our shape and intent. Len getting injured was a...

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

That's a upper end Distinction in the old uni system, a high B, in the common schooling system, I think someone needs to calibrate their scale, but then we're all due our opinions. The only ones which really matter at the end of the day are Joes (his genuine opinions that he'll be sharing with...

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

They need three genuine options because a injury to one and suddenly it's the next man up. You'd imagine that unless someone really craves up in Super next season it will be those three for the Lions. If Carter was still around, I suspect he might be in the mix.

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

We'd need to string together a few more to be clear on that and there are still a number of injuries that leave question marks. I like the graft and focus, but the decision making is still not there yet, but it is a step in the right direction and I like what I'm seeing.

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

I just caught up on the game. Overall I think the boys played well. I actually thought the Pumas were rather disappointing after seeing their potential in that first game of theirs against the All Blacks. It was an odd game too, where a few things were getting missed and Doleman sure wasn't...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

This has been a concern since HIA has come in. It's where WorldRugby need clear protocols around this. Been a few games where a weaker bench player got replaced by the world class one towards the end of the game. Maybe someone else can answer how it's actually working behind the scenes in games...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

Was it? I don't actually think that was a great performance from them. Concerningly for where we are at I actually thought they were much more error prone and off their best in various areas. And ban uncontested scrums? You rather think untrained player should risk injury? I do agree that PSdT...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

This... .. and this... .. and this... .. and finally this... .. about sums it up. I appreciate that the weather was god awful for much of the game, but White couldn't have made it easier for the South African defense with his signposted slow service to an essentially static forward.. or...

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

Well done All Blacks. Solid response to last weeks loss. Lots of players who needed to stand up did. Players like Ardie and Perenara. McKenzie much better, especially off the boot. Real test coming up 1st Sept when you face the Springbok and we see how you go backing it up away in a hostile...

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

Agree. The sport needs to be on the same page, including those who are representing the sport in the media (ie. commentators). Don't get me wrong I struggle as much as the next person which the finesse of the framework that doesn't seem to always accommodate some of the range of actions, but...

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

35-3. I'd say so :) (Though I also don't think the Argies are doing well with the things in their control).

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

Argies are well out of this. Too many errors leading to more pressure and ramped All Blacks. Don't see them pulling this one back.

This referee isn't known for calling much. It'll be interesting to see how far both teams push it.

To be fair he is just returning from injury and after Beauden's impact in that English game you can see their thinking, but yes, I agree.

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

Ardie hasn't entirely impressed me upon his return this year. I agree that the loosies don't seem to have it worked out yet. Also agree re: Finau. Physically the boy had so much promise but he's got to get his top inches sorted so he's more accurate on when to pull the trigger or not. I felt...
