Nudgee was happy to see the back of him in 2016.
Last year at BBC he had no ability to build a team spirit he picked his team on questionable merit that only he knew and he refused to communicate with anyone but the captain of rugby.
If Souths look at him as a coach for their Colts program I can...
The boys wanted to walk down the hill BUT were told by the coach that the walk was too long and their adrenaline would be pumping too much before the game started and they would not be able to play a good 2nd half.
Interesting when TGS scored a try in the first 2 mins.
Maybe they needed that...
At BBC yesterday a lot of grumbling was heard when it became known that the tradition of walking down the hill to bagpipes was no more.
The new coach had stopped this.
The boys did not look impressed and I am wondering what the old boys will have to say about this.
Headmaster how could you allow...
Today at TSS is BBC club day with seniors being at the fields by 9am to support all of the school.
Already noted by a lot of the boys that the 1st XV's are still not here at nearly 11.30.
Where are they?
He has only shown a couple of boys he respects them.
The rest he ignores and this has already being felt into the team.
He gives no feed back to the team or individuals.
I seen the forwards coach do some high fives and encouragement on Sat but nothing from the head coach.
He stood back and...
Word is at BBC and witnessed on the weekend that the new head coach only talks to the captain of rugby and has no communication skills.
Heard this was the same at Nudgee.
These boys are under a cloud constantly and did not bond with the coach at camp.

Are you kidding!
Look at all of the other schools importing.
BSHS this year has a lot of Logan boys ,it is an amazing the size of their forwards and backs.
BBC as everyone knows is new to the scholarship importing train.
But with 90% of the boys being in the boarding house this builds a...
Chris has started light training after not being able to train the entire term.
There are more than you have listed returning for BBC.
Henry has a back injury and is not training at BBC, fingers are crossed that he will recover for the start of the season.
BBC are playing Churchie today at...
BBC I believe is creating a culture a lot different to the last 2 years where if you considered yourself too good to worry about turning up for morning training because you hate to train then or slept in it was seen by the rest of the boys to not matter if you were a rep player. If this is a so...
-He is from PNG and an adopted son of a white missionary
-But has lived in Cairns for years
-Also played rugby before he came to BBC.
-He rowed this year
No positions are assured at BBC.
New coaches have worked hard first term to build teamwork, strength and conditioning.
And what a great team of...
I am hearing that the coaches and directors jobs are going to be big surprises.
Anyone have inside knowledge who is going where and if some new blood is coming into the GPS systems
I heard differently. The Red team followed their coaches instructions.
He shared field time with a BBC boy both played well in the 10 position.
15 and 14 combined well both from BBC first try was scored thru 15 passing off to 14 .
Another try was scored thru 14 handing off to 15.
Word from BBC...
I believe the Reds program is invitation only.
And the boys that are doing the 4 days this week will be cut down to a smaller squad. Will be interesting to see who gets in.
I believe Gunter did it last year and earlier this year.
He is again been invited but maybe still injured as he did not play...
