But it was Ok when Gordon lured Horton, Travers, Clifford from Norths and Simpson from Randwick? Damn facts again.
Boys (and their parents) are smart enough to follow the program/training/structure that is going to best advance their rugby if that is what they choose to do.
Does anyone know...
Souths too good for Norths yesterday. Souths scored 3 good tries in the first half to Norths 1. Souths had 3 sin bins due to illegal tackles (1 high, 2 no arms resulting in a red) while Norths had the same player sin binned twice so red carded. Souths were down to 14 with 25 to go. Norths hit...
If you're good enough to move up to grade as an u20 player, surely you're good enough to play 1st colts. So why would a player chose to play or be content to play 3rd or 4th grade rather than 1st grade Colts?
Nice self-publicity from his manager.
I don't think he will make it in rugby based on this years form and I'm not sure he has the mental & physical will to make it in league. Good luck to him.

NSW CHA Team list v Tonga Schools
There were a couple of late jersey swaps like 17 & 20
Significant changes to the side that played at NSW Schools due to Aust & NSW rep commitments & other reasons.
Clearly the rules are only there to be broken. It is clear that No one is really checking they are being complied with. They say they are but evidence suggests the opposite.
I think you'll find there are not enough committed players who are available for a viable local reps comp that does not basically replicate the private school's rep program.
I would be advising any one passionate about the long term survival of junior club rugby to send their concerns or suggestions to Mick Doyle at the email MDoyle@nswrugby.com.au. There needs to be vibrant programs to keep players playing rugby through to colts age.
Just announced that there will be No more JGC for u17s. There will only be a program for u15s to be run in Sept/Oct over 5 weeks. Shame that there is no rep pathway for 16 & 17 year olds not at a private school.
