What is this by the ref? All game the kickers have been getting taken out of the air. And then picks one time a view guy does it and then brings the penalty 60 metres forward? Shouldn’t it be where it happened?

It's not true. See email from Deputy to staff:

This afternoon the 1st XV and 2nd XV are playing fixtures against SIC. 2nd XV at 2pm and 1st XV at 3.15pm.
With the exception of boys who are members of these teams, all boys must be in class until 2.50(end of Period 6). Please do not allow boys to convince you they have permission to leave early etc and please do not release boys before the end of School.

Assuming Riverview are losing. Refs at 1st XV level are not school appointed.

It’s not that there losing is that majority of his calls have been very questionable
