Might head across the road to and watch GT v TGS tomorrow what are the names to look out for. I do hear that TGS might not be at full strength anyone know their backline. Plus is it true TGS are full of imports these days.
yeh mate definitely not a full strength team, up to 6 out but it’ll be a good game no matter. Players to watch out for are Rhymen Tusi, Trace Beattie and Myles Rosemond (13, 12, 15). Nah not full of imports mate, only 5 boys who haven’t been here since grade 7 or earlier.

Come on mate there must be some other players at TGS other than the 3 imports you always talk about. My nephew goes there and i am sure there is a few more imports than 5. But then again TGS needs to win the comp next year.
trace beattie has been there since grade 9, tom bailey, joey gray, jack brown all have been at grammar since year 7 or below and have all played reds

TGS were great against GT today, with 5 starting players out they fought very well.
What a game, the two yellow cards early in the first half really swung the momentum in favour of the boys from up the range. Really would have liked to see this game 15 vs 15 the whole time. But hey that’s footy.

mate TGS were the ones who had 3 yellow cards not GT, and they still won. 31-19 with 13 men on the field from TGS, that’s footy.

I see TGS has also picked up Graig Thaggard. A backrower from CQ who played Reds U15 last year. Anyone know how he went today?
Yeh he will play 16A’s this year not Firsts but he’s a great player, a centre in a forwards build. Once he adapts to GPS footy he’ll be great. He can play 6,7 or 8 but will most likely be the 16A’s 8. He benched for firsts today against GT and played a full game in 16A’s (scored).

Mate though your 12 and 13 were good but nearly let team team down in second half with their silly yellow cards. Wow who is your little number 14 and how old is he tough as nails and quick. GT we’re good and will only get better for that run don’t disregard them yet top 4

Yeh 12 and 13 were great but they lost some discipline towards the end both getting carded for silly stuff. 14 is Adam Davis he played NSW country he’s a player, he’s got speed for days and just a natural athlete, defensively great as well.

Stand out player for GT was definitely Nate Wines, he was unstoppable on Saturday. Alternating between 3,5,6 no one could stop him. Excellent import by Terrace. Runs the hard lines and does the dirty work exactly what GT needs. Would not surprise me if the big leagues are sizing him up during the season.

Anyone have a match report on the Nudgee v Churchie matchup on the weekend. Really keen to see how churchie are devloping after a tough loss against Barker college a few weeks ago.
