Reds had the 2nd best gainline carry percentage in super rugby (after the Blues) and 5th best of any club in the world, generating front foot ball was not the problem. We do have an issue with carries committing multiple tacklers, but that's generally been more of an issue for our attack and creating line breaks (though it is probably also part of why our offload game is so effective).
Our exit issue are more down to tactics and the players we have to run those exits - things are generally okay with Lynagh out there, but we struggle when he's gone (or out of the play) as we don't have too many alternatives to step up around long, tactical kicking and generally avoid it as a result. It's where we really missed Petaia and Henry this year, as both offer quite a bit more in this space, in support of the main play makers.
