If we are going to replace a coach we have to look nation wide/internationally for the best candidate

I assume that if Sampson was worth having, the Force would have extended his contract. We haven't had great success recruiting from the west to date. It's time to look more widely and find someone who has the gravitas to re-build the clubs culture and S&C as a minimum. Recruitment may be a two year project with the world cup next year.
