What is his messege? How is it sincere?
It is completely selfish at its core cos he is asking that the team be formed around his game, sure he threw out the facility crap, but at its core he said they shouldn't pick an attacking player to play a defensive game. He wants the team to change for him, not for everyone.

AlexH, what are the issues Quade raised? He said the environment was toxic but couldn't explain what that meant. All I could gather was that he wants a training facility and a game plan that suits him. He believes dragging the code through the gutter is worth that?
I was siding with Quade earlier this week, but I'm just shaking my head in disbelief right now. I'm really disappointed to say this but he isn't worth all the stress.

Will be interesting to see where this goes, from previous rumblings there is a gap between a few players of the gen y faction and some others, maybe the team is involved in a power struggle.
