I usually observe that the way to beat the Bulls is mostly just to hang on to the ball. Their strategy when in possession from more than 40m out from the goal line is just to hoist an up-and-under, and hope to recover the kick or that the opposition make a mistake and turn it over. They don't seem to have any way to gain possession to use this way if their opponents don't give it to them though (no fetchers, and don't put up much of a contest at rucks), so the best plan as I see it would be to hang on to the ball and make them keep making tackles. With some good quick ball, I don't think their defence would cope for too long.

Assuming the brums have one of their long kickers back, they should have this. It will be a tough game though.

A tired and injury depleted Bulls team to be smacked about by a pissed off Brumbies team. Fast start, Bulls hang on until about 50-60mins, and then the floodgates will open.

Brumbies will probably be just as tired as the Bulls, heading back from SA. Teams normally struggle either their first or second week back. Getting the Bulls towards the end of their southern hemisphere tour is good timing for the Brumbies, but not sure if the floodgates will open.

The biggest thing the Brumbies will welcome back is the huge boots of White and Mogg.

In my opinion the Brumbies key asset is the huge boot of both White and Mogg, and it's won them a couple games by playing percentage rugby early before spreading it later. I don't think that it's been a coincidence that the Brumbies have struggled without White and Mogg at times.

Not sure about travel home being a huge influence. The Reds have put on some of their best performances after the trip back. Ironically they were against the Bulls. Bulls strike me as a confidence side and I don't think that will return until they get home.

Brumbies should win this.

The only likely finals contenders they have left to play at home this year are the Bulls and the Crusaders on 5th May. The Crusaders, assuming they have Carter and Read back, will challenge your theory I suspect.

Hopefully Robbie Coleman is up for the kicking barrage he'll receive.........

Brumbies really need a win here to give them some breathing space ahead of the Reds, whose resurgence shouldn't really come as a surprise now that they've got their 2 best players back.........
