I usually observe that the way to beat the Bulls is mostly just to hang on to the ball. Their strategy when in possession from more than 40m out from the goal line is just to hoist an up-and-under, and hope to recover the kick or that the opposition make a mistake and turn it over. They don't seem to have any way to gain possession to use this way if their opponents don't give it to them though (no fetchers, and don't put up much of a contest at rucks), so the best plan as I see it would be to hang on to the ball and make them keep making tackles. With some good quick ball, I don't think their defence would cope for too long.
