I thought Neville was particularly bad. Woodward was the worst and Roberts is just not a super rugby 10. I have said this after every time he's played, he is clueless at this level. In over his head.

He and a few others gave up, there positional work off the ball was shocking. Yeah I am being a bit harsh on him, but we came into the game needing a big 80 minutes as he was our only open side in the match day squad. What did we get?

I agree with all of that, absolutely. And with the rest of your post. All I'm saying is that he's played to a very high level before. And, to me, he looked wildly underdone and not ready to be playing. He's going to get better. Christ I hope so anyway. What we've seen is that he's going to have to earn his spot of the bench, certainly didn't do anything to help his case tonight.

Not many, he was all over the place. Needed to go, Jones was one of the only standouts.
Agree that jones was much better when he came on. Sean had an off night too. Perhaps look at moving luke back to 6?

Playing around a team performance like that nothing was going to help his case.

Didn't think max was that bad, caydern didn't have the best night bur I didn't think awful. Worse players on the night.

Lahiff was just ineffective. Neville was truly awful. Jones almost single-handedly turned things around when he came on. Woodward was hands down the worst player on the park though. One of the worst individual games I've seen in a long, long, time. He was the only player worse than Neville. Roberts was shocking too. He's not up to it at this level, not as a flyhalf anyway.

Yep, agree on Gus. Just doesn't have it....yet. Bryce miles ahead of him.

Having played outside McCabe and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), the Honey Badger would be used to not receiving the pill.

Except if McCabe tonight played in this game he would have had 2 tries and a couple of assits.. Maybe Inman and Godwin could learn a think or 2 from one if the best centres in AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) and maybe Patty just dominated after 2 neck injuries ...

Jones will have to play lock. Neville really was a complete liability tonight. People are going to be very, very, nervous about him being on a rugby field for a good long while after that. McMahon was anonymous tonight - hesitant to label him a flat track bully after only two games, but I wonder if his relative lack of size might show up when the rest of the pack isn't going forwards.

Ok you could write the Lahiff effort effort on starting nerves. I still have big hopes for him. Had a good wheel early in the piece. Put caydern effort down to a shit night, I'm sure we've all had them on the paddock.

Was talking to his dad after the game, should see the size of the bloke. McMahon was really disappointed and said he should have tried harder, think watching the tapes he will see if it wasn't for him and jones it would have been more like 60 nil at half time.

Hope Lahiff is just nerves, but the guy need to work on his body height as the Force destroyed him at the ruck a few times just by coming in low.

The force pack played low and tight, we didn't engage well at the breakdown and got hammered for it. Don't think blaming individuals is going to help. We went into this match with a we've already won attitude and we tried to phone the result in.

Some serious soul searching on the red eye home, clear the head, get down to training and sort the attitude out.

Based on Jones' efforts tonight, just how important is he going to be this season? Is it completely ridiculous to say he's the second most influential behind Higgers?

I have got to say that apart from changing 10 shuffling other players may not be the solution. There was a lack of application from the players tonight and some questions to be asked about the tactical approach to that game.

forget individuals, everyone has to pull their finger out for us to have an influential season. Luke will be very important, but so is everyone else.
