Dunning off and Baxter on. Don't know why at this stage.

A bit of argy-bargy between the Beast and Baxter. Handbags really - but being waved by big ugly guys.

Nokwe gets three.

25-3 SA. Kick to come.

35 mins.

The commentators said Nokwe is the first Bok to get a hat-trick against the Wallabies?

This kid is a great finisher.

James converts.

27-3 Boks.

Because Dunning was getting his arse kicked at scrum time and is fucking useless elsewhere at the moment - he's not fit enough for the veldt it would seem.

Surely someone scored a hat-trick in the shellacking we got in 1998?

Channel 7 here have just reached halftime which means its probably halftime + 5 minutes (advertising - fwits). I must say that the first error by our forwards in not getting the try a couple of minutes in, compounded by Mortlock's bad miss to let Bekker in for the Boks' first try, compounded by Giteau's utter brain fart at a subsequent 22 dropout, have effectively given the Boks back every ounce of self-belief they need to win. I'm seriously contemplating going to bed and just missing the second half, but will put myself through the pain.

Last two losses seem to be the kick up the arse the Boks needed - their home fans will forgive them their sins now I guess, but I think it comes down more to ignoring the coach! :) Our lot have gone back to playing like leprous club-footed halfwits. No surprises there.

I forgot to give Lote the credit he deserves for completely fucking up 7 points - well done you idiot. Get a haircut and use both hands in future.

I AM going to bed methinks - this is just too headless chook to watch. FFS Mr AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), if you can't chase those up and unders, stop farkin' kicking them, or put the kicks into the corners. I mean, how many times of "it aint working" do you have to see to get the drift? I guess the answer of whether Moore or TPN should start has been answered, as has the Smith / Waugh one also.
Good point Nick about Lote, but it was a crap pass. Then again, if he had kept 1-2 ft deeper it wouldn't have been a problem.

Can't says I blame you. The Boks look like a different team and so do the Wallabies. I think high altitude is playing a big part.

Mental fragility is more of a factor. You can't let the Boks score easy tries when they're in front of the voortrekkers - it sends them wild. I'll give it 5 more minutes.

Try to Mitchell ... after they nearly bungled it.

39-8 Boks. Kick to come.

Moore and Smith on - good things start to happen. We're not good enough to be rotating. Especially with duds like Waugh and Polota-No.

Well, 7 tries - that's me for the night.

::) Turn it up you clown - Moore has been useless since he came on. Smith has looked great - but then so would Waugh in this exact same situation as we've proved again and again this season when one replaces the other. If Smith had started with the other soft shites like Palu out there at the moment he'd still look swamped.

I'm starting to think a few of our boys put some rand down on this game - the way Moore finally got a throw straight and no-one jumped beggars belief...

You truly are as clueless as Tim Horan's commentary. Moore has been a revelation since he's come on, has settled the set piece work and been everywhere in general play.

Your man love for Waugh has moved into the sad zone. Waugh is good for about 10 minutes of rugby after Smith has owned all and sundry. Up against a non-specialist openside that Smith destroyed, Waugh gave us ZERO.

Cannot forgive the sheer lack of intensity, skill and enthusiasm. Heads must roll.

Don't you ever get tired of acting like an idiot? Moore has been as useless as the rest of our forwards when it comes to commitment and ticker.

As for the Smith/Waugh debate - go back and look at all our early Tests this year. Whomever starts looks good but not great, then the replacement comes on and blitzes it. The only game this didn't happen in was against the Kiwis where Smith was magnificent in the absence of any real opposition i.e. McCaw.

Jeez they're both confidence teams aren't they? If we'd scored off that pressure in the first two minutes we might have snuck a win instead of playing like a massive bag of balls.

Got to say Bryce Lawrence - despite not affecting the result - shouldn't be allowed back at Test level until he's done something useful. Two times in a row our blokes dived on a man on the ground and he did nothing. On three other occasions we were on the ball at the breakdown and didn't get the FK, despite the Boks getting several in the same situation.
