What would be an even bigger disaster is if he is talking to Bolt about it before Cabinet knows. The timelines here are really tight. It is a possibility.

He has stuffed up the message on the security changes as well saying they are going to include internet history in the metadata they collect. He is ignorant about thid and made a mistake but I can't help but hope they go through with it just to see the size of computer they would have to built!d to keep it all.

They're going to make ISPs do it and we're all going to pay for it.

The Brandis interview on Sky News makes him come across as an absolute blithering idiot.

Once the government is allowed a nibble, they will want a big bite.

I don't think its good enough to say that it is just metadata. Once the government is allowed to tell ISP's what to do and report to them, it's a slippery slope from there.

Not good.

Right now it is hard to decide who comes across as the most rudderless.

Tony, Joe or George?

Hey!

Tony, Joe and George walk into a bar....

Never mind.

What a surprise!

Who would have ever thought that the people we really should be stopping coming to the country are arriving by plane with falsified documents.

Many billions of dollars spent to punish and torture vulnerable refugees for the sake of political pointscoring whilst knowingly allowing anyone to fly in on commercial flights with falsified documents.

Plenty of foreign executives have arrived in this country, with correct documents, and proceeded to damage the countries economy far more than any desperate asylum seeker has ever done (or has the potential to do).

Maybe some of the billions of dollars should be directed towards preventing 457 visa rorting, and reeducation of Australian workers/managers to acquire the skills that the foreign executives and managers have that we don't have.
