It wasn't that bad. But it's tit for tat. The player makes who Pocock is driving into makes no attempt to drive him back he just stays there and holds him. Now i am not calling for an obstruction penalty but everyone does it.

If he does lead with his head he is A and idiot for leading with it as he could break his neck and B no would ever complain because head contact happens, it's a contact sport.

If we don't win it, I'm happy for the Kiwis to win it. Contrary to EFTTR6O7, I do think their extended period of dominance does make them somewhat deserving of the title. But if they win it, I'd want to see them have to play their guts out to get it.

Meh, don't take it personally, we just couldn't stand the thought of Australia having 3 WC's and us only 1. South Africa getting 3 would be bad also, but I think we have a greater grudging respect for SA than for Aus, something about not winning a series against them for 30 odd years and not one away for 70 odd. Also I think that Gregan's famous "4 more years" skiting riled us up something chronic.

Plus its a bit like not wanting to see your big brother do better than you at something you are supposed to be better at. It's the same I imagine for Canada not wanting the US to win the gold at the ice hockey.

Its in the neatherlands (Zeeland) A remote but beautiful place with wild oysters the size of my hands. I voted poms, especially given their cricket team is #1 at present.
