I guess that was my takeaway from the article. Frisby is a 9 not a 10, maybe Jake would be able to step up maybe not. Would be built into it over time like Frisby's been given or would it just have broken him? I don't know, but I would have liked to see him or another 10 at leaf trailed there even off the bench!

Is Jake McIntyre the best of the Premier competition flyhalfs, or are there others who may have more to offer in that specialist position? Someone who is eye catching.

He may not be the best, Sam Greene, Sam Lane been mentioned here as well but Jake was the flyhalf for BNE City in the NRC surely that should mean he gets a shot?

So after a(nother) humiliating flogging, we are looking at another year of disorganised attack and defence under Graham?

Loving the big "FUCK YOU" from the board to the fans right now. Unbelievable.

Can't happen after tonight can it?

There must be better performing and more successful coaches somewhere in BJRU.

Surely tonight's result only makes it harder to support him,

as I noted in the game thread, the crusaders have been on mediocre form. They aren't the powerhouse that their reputation suggests.

They have leaked to Wayne Smith that he is staying on.

By the way, the Reds are still huge chances of the wooden spoon this year.

Both the Reds and Force are on 11 points, the Force have a way better for and against but the Reds have an extra win.

Coming up the Reds have: Rebels (h), Sharks (h), Force (a), Chiefs (h), Waratahs (a).

Which of these can anyone honestly see the Reds winning after tonight? Even if the Reds fluke a win, a loss to the Force and the Force taking a second win would see the Reds take the spoon.

Only hope is Quade coming back and working some magic in his last few games for the Reds.

It doesn't matter if there's no good replacement for Graham next year, it's at the stage where the fans would be happier if the Reds would publicly announce a wood duck as an interim head coach for 2016 while they search for the long term replacement rather than keep Graham on.

Too much agent power keeping players and coaches from getting picked/dropped IMO

Really? No doubt some players are under performing. Unfortunately nothing I have seen from the guys who are potential replacements of Genia, Horwill etc has been better. Gale's pass has a long way to go, watching him then Frisby loop the ball out wide just showed the gulf that exists between these guys and the best in there spots. Don't think the criticism of Genia after this game was warranted, his service was generally crisp and always accurate. Horwill had a mare but still outperformed the bench lock.

Under performing payers are not the reason for 30 odd missed tackles though. Or the inability to do anything with so much possession.

Just a feeling I get, friends with an agent who has brought it up in the past. I also don't understand why they don't try get players on loan from another province like what they do in the northern hemisphere. Or at least look a bit broader than just qld club rugby I'm sure there are handy 10s in nsw or Canberra who are EPS players that would love an opportunity to get more super rugby time and would probably be more effective than what is put together at the reds at the moment.
