    Coincidentally, I saw in the paper today that Ray Meagher (Home and Away's Alf, and Logie winner) was given a massive cheer at a recent game when he was introduced as a member of the School's 1961 First XV.

    Finnane went to Vaucluse High and was in the first Schoolboys team. Peter "Charlie" Crittle was a PE teacher at the school at the time.

    Williams did 2 years in the Schoolboys and somehow in his second was picked from Cranbrook - I guess his parents came into some money

    Always had the thought he repeated Yr12 that time at Cranbrook for their centenary year and may have been given a scholarship, also think it's the last time Cranbrook won the comp, he was very instrumental in that.
