Please remind me why Kearns comments on Tahs games? He should've done the earlier one.
You're too generous.

2 things.Jeez Shiggins, back off on the angst. Or try this: go ref a game and see how you do! Not an easy job, and in park footy there is no TMO to save your arse
Next week could be the game of the season!
2 games. Both had terrible adjudicating. It's a shame it didn't go both ways so at least there isn't going to be so much in the press. Clearly both new Zealand teams had the rub of the ref.
So if they make mistakes or are not consistent we Shouldn't point it out?Shigs you really need to see a doctor about that chip on your shoulder. This obsession with slagging the refs is tiresome. Maybe you should go and join the rugby referrees forum, you might learn to gain a little perspective.
Neither the Tah's or Ponies would claim to have lost those games through anything but their own lack of ability and accuracy on the day.
The refs do an increible job - and if were not for them you would have no rugby to watch - they make most of their decisions in real time, watching a huge amount of activity, sometimes they make a call that might have gone differently - but they call it how they see it and any suggestion of bias or favourtism is a slander equivalent to calling them cheats and is a really immature and irresponsible attitude to hold.
Try focussing on the rugby, the 2 better teams on the day got through and we should have a hum dinger of a final to watch.
...except that the better team won tonight in both games. Shit, the Waratahs couldn't even secure their own lineout throw. To blame refereeing or even call it substandard is completely missing the point. Our teams lost those games tonight, possibly even moreso than their opponents won them, and certainly moreso than any influence the refs had. And no, I did not agree with the penalty try in the Tahs game; however, I suspect they would have conceded a try in the next play anyway. It will be a final I am not watch. Boycott. Not worth it. The better team doesn't always win
but by the time ozzy drops it hits him On the chin.
As a referee that penalty try was nothing short of shameful

The yellow and penalties try in the tahs game is a joke. In slow motion you can see him aim Low at the ball but by the time ozzy drops it hits him On the chin. Massive call and changed the game. The brumbies game was much worse though
The problem is that I don't think I've ever seen you complain about the standard of the refs whenever your team wins.
the fault in your argument is we very rarely win..dagger to my heart!
Unless you'r playing the Tahs!
