NSW AAGPS 2024

Curious why so many are keen on Shore this year, Preseason form? Seems like Newington could also have an impact if they play to their strengths, view showed great heart and composure. All seems pretty even across the 6 schools which is a good thing for the comp…
Preseason form definitely. People are also just excited to finally see Shore performing strongly again.

Predicting the AAGPS rugby results for this Saturday, based on team form and recent performance insights, here's an overview:

  1. Shore v Kings: This match is expected to be closely contested. Shore has shown improvement under their new head of rugby and has been competitive, though they might struggle against stronger teams. Kings, on the other hand, have a solid team with good depth, but might be in a rebuilding phase after a dominant previous season. Prediction: Kings to win, but by a narrow margin.
  2. Scots v Joeys: Scots are considered one of the top teams this season, with a strong backline and solid forwards. Joeys are also consistently strong, with some key players returning from injuries. This game could be a high-scoring affair given the attacking prowess of both teams. Prediction: Scots to edge out Joeys in a close match.
  3. Newington v Riverview: Riverview has been touted for their fitness and expansive play, making them a dangerous side. Newington, although having some talented players, has been inconsistent. Riverview's coaching and fitness might give them the upper hand here. Prediction: Riverview to win, potentially with a comfortable margin.

Someone must've entered some incorrect data as to the home side here, Joeys and View are playing at home. Changes predictions somewhat.
It changed only the Shore game prediction which was the only one entered correctly @Lindommer

Based on the discussions from the Green and Gold Rugby forum, here are the predicted scorelines for this Saturday's AAGPS rugby matches:
  1. Shore v Kings: Shore is generally seen as the stronger team this season, with several users predicting a win for them. Kings, while having potential, are seen as undergoing a rebuilding year with a younger squad. The general consensus is that Shore will come out on top, possibly by a margin of 10-15 points (Green & Gold Rugby) (Green & Gold Rugby).
  2. Joeys v Scots: This match is expected to be quite competitive. Joeys have shown strong performances in the trials, and many forum users predict that they will edge out Scots. The predicted margin for Joeys' victory ranges from 5 to 10 points, reflecting a close and hard-fought game (Green & Gold Rugby) (Green & Gold Rugby).
  3. Riverview v Newington: Riverview is favored to win this match, especially considering their strong showing in the trials and home advantage. Newington, while competitive, is expected to fall short. The predicted margin for Riverview's victory is around 10-12 points (Green & Gold Rugby) (Green & Gold Rugby).
These predictions are based on forum discussions and user analyses, which take into account recent performances, team strengths, and other factors observed during the trial matches.

I just want to give a massive shoutout to (Hugh Reardon) otherwise know as 'shardon' for his massive work rate. He is known around shore as 'big horsey', his 100% commitment to the 2ndXV at the moment is going unnoticed in the comp this year. It's not his work on the field that is getting big wraps but his work off the field as well, he is currently attending Broderick Illawarra to help out demonstrating his passion for other people. He is also a gun cricket player who loves batting whilst he was down in Canberra he averaged 10 a week. He is a great person who is very intelligent, he is sometimes called albert, short for albert Einstein for his smarts in the gravitational field of physics.
